  • If you seea triangle with an exclamation mark and “ We are currently experiencing issues streaming on all devices “, it means the Netflix server is down. Good news is you don’t have to troubleshoot the problem for yourself. But bad news is there is nothing you can do but sit around and wait till the service is fully functional again.
  • if you seethe big tick icon and the “Netflix is up !” message, it means that the service is currently up and running.

Fix 1: Reboot your router/modem

If the Netflix server is up but you still have theNetflix not working problem, you might have to look into your own network.

1)Turn off your modem (and your wireless router, if it’s a separate device) from power for 60 seconds.

  1. Turn on the router (and 1 minute later the modem)

  2. Wait 5 minutes.

  3. Launch Netflix on your computer again and see if it’s working properly. If the issue still persists, you should move on toFix 2 , below.

Fix 2: Update your network drivers

TheNetflix not working problem may also occur if you have the wrong or outdated network drivers on your computer. So you should update your network drivers to see if it fixes your problem. If you don’t have the time, patience or skills to update the driver manually, you can do it automatically withDriver Easy .

Driver Easy will automatically recognize your system and find the correct drivers for it. You don’t need to know exactly what system your computer is running, you don’t need to be troubled by the wrong driver you would be downloading, and you don’t need to worry about making a mistake when installing.Driver Easy handles it all.

You can update your drivers automatically with either theFREE or thePro version of Driver Easy. But with the Pro version it takes just 2 steps (and you get full support and a 30-day money back guarantee):

1)Download and install Driver Easy.

  1. Run Driver Easy and click theScan Now button. Driver Easy will then scan your computer and detect any problem drivers.

  1. ClickUpdate All to automatically download and install the correct version of all the drivers that are missing or out of date on your system (this requires thePro version – you’ll be prompted to upgrade when you click Update All).

You can also click Update to do it for free if you like, but it’s partly manual.

  1. Restart your computer and see if Netflix works properly on your computer.

Hopefully by now you have successfully resolved the Netflix error. If you have any further questions, ideas or suggestions, please tell us in the comments. Thanks for reading!
